This seaside themed carousel cake was designed for the Brighton Festival, and is part of She Bakes’ Landmarks In Chocolate collection. The horses are moulded and hand painted with chocolate and glazed. The cake is designed with a battery powered motor inside that turns the carousel and is controlled by a switch.
