Football themed cake

Designed for a football fanatic’s birthday including their very own edible World Cup trophy! Can be tailored to suit any football colours. The cake itself is chocolate genoise sponge with champagne and chocolate filling, coated in chocolate glaze and white chocolate decoration. The trophy on top is made from either marzipan or fondant icing, Back of the net!

This Sponge cake with rolled fondant icing was commissioned by a local Montessori School for an anniversary picnic celebration.To serve 150 kids and adults.

90th Birthday Cake

90th Birthday cake commissioned for a special father in Law and his best mates. The customer supplied the photograph of the ‘three old gits’ and She Bakes sculpted the boys out of sugar paste and mounted them on a cake board so they could be kept after the cake was cut for prosperity.
