She Bakes specialises in chocolate cakes made with a dark Génoise sponge, soaked with champagne syrup and smothered with a Belgium chocolate and fresh cream truffle filling.

The Champagne syrup can be substituted with Amaretto, Cointreau or Vanilla infused syrups

If chocolate isn’t your bag or you would like to have a cake with an alternative flavour then maybe some of these will tickle your fancy:
