She Bakes specialises in chocolate cakes made with a dark Génoise sponge, soaked with champagne syrup and smothered with a Belgium chocolate and fresh cream truffle filling.
The Champagne syrup can be substituted with Amaretto, Cointreau or Vanilla infused syrups
