Chocolate carousel cake

This seaside themed carousel cake was designed for the Brighton Festival, and is part of She Bakes’ Landmarks In Chocolate collection. The horses are moulded and hand painted with chocolate and glazed. The cake is designed with a battery powered motor inside that turns the carousel and is controlled by a switch.

One of She Bakes’ most popular cakes. The combination of champagne moistened chocolate sponge and refreshing seasonal berries really works, especially when you want to serve the wedding cake as a dessert at your wedding breakfast. Available in two, three or four tiers. Decorated with seasonal fruit and Belgian chocolate cigarellos. Cigarellos are available in white. milk and dark chocolate.
