Weddings at Herstmonceux Castle ...the venue of the summer!!

August 31, 2015 Jen Lindsey-Clark

This five tiered edible lace and austin rose topped cake was designed by the bride Debbie and I. Bringing together the vintage mint green of her bridesmaid dresses and the white lace trim on her beautiful dress. It stood incredibly proud in the ballroom of the medieval castle, the room had been decorated by the bride and helpers. One of the most breath taking reception rooms i have ever seen. Congratulations Debbie and Keith!!

Second wedding at Herstmonceux this month.. but the first She Bakes 'naked cake' !  No that does not mean I turned up in my birthday suit to deliver it. It is the trendy cake with no icing. Rustic, simple, fresh and stunning!
